&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We've been told that when completing a home move, if you have phone and broadband this will be a new contract as Sky have to cancel the line at the current address and take out a new one in the new address.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So this might explain the reduction in tier but give Sky a call to see if this is just a temporary blip.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
