@Zoe134 It will either be the very basic pack on either Sky Q or Sky stream(essentially free sat on Sky Q and freesat plus Sky Atlantic on Sky stream).

We are all fellow customers on here like yourself, we can not tell you anything about that, I am afraid you will need to contact sky or download and login to the my sky app

I dont have any sky channels with you I only have broadband so please tell ke why I am being charged £15 for TV channels I don't have with you ????
