      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried and tried about 100 times to set up a direct debit it's keeps saying unsuccessful for my sky stream reason I want to set it up is I'm sick of paying it online and then them just helping there selves two days later again with my bank it's driving me crazy all I can say is I never had any problems like this with virgin my god the website won't even accept my postcode know matter what way I write it getting really frustrated with it it all can someone please give me a bit help and yeh I've tried phoning numerous times but some times they don't even know what I'm talking about it's absolutely shocking the carry on I'm having there website it's absolutely rubbish&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
