      <title>Return equipment wrong address</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am changing my broadband contract and I have to return the sky equipment, but (despite what was discussed in the sky chat) the package was sent in my old house address in UK to which I do not have access anymore, besides being really far away from where I live now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have seen that labels can be printed from royal mail, but I still need the address (door number and postcode, in the sky details section) where to send the equipment. Can you help me please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Riccardo&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It cannot be the return address, as you don't know it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
