    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a subscription with sky and recently phoned to upgrade the package. I now have a 14 day cooling off period or what ever it is, my question is - If I cancel this does it cancel my subscription / all contract I have with them or does it revert back down to what it was previously?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Depending what the package was upgrades can happen straight away if it was a TV package, if you change your mind then depending on if the previous&amp;nbsp;account you were on is still available then it should go back to it but if it isn't then it will change to whatever is currently&amp;nbsp;available.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
