      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ageeed a new package after spending 3 hours in WhatsApp. Not put in place. Telephoned last week and said it had not been processed but would be overnight but still not showing on my bills section.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It is always better to do things like this by calling and speaking to someone rather than using social media so I would call them again and if they say the same or similar and you still don't see it on your account then all you can do is to register a complaint:&lt;/P&gt;
