&lt;P&gt;If you can't then for an update you will need to call Sky. Usually it can take about 14 days for new broadband connections to be activated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Community&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm new here and new to sky, I placed a new order for sky last Wednesday for broadband had a confirmation email and had notification of DD being set up but I haven't heard anything else from sky or when accessing Mysky it states I have no products and no contracts etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;will o hear soon or should o be concerned&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
