&lt;P&gt;Your Sky Stream bill is created up to 21 days from delivery as per this:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Important: Just so you know, if you don’t activate within 21 days of delivery, we’ll activate it automatically and your billing will start.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Although you can't use it yet once you can you are free to ask Sky if they will credit you back for this.&amp;nbsp;You might also qualify for broadband compensation credit if your activation date has been delay as per this:&lt;/P&gt;
