      <description>&lt;P&gt;Charging me over £300 for what? Saying I cancelled my internet and cut me off when I didn't cancel anything. Started me up with a new subscription charging me £47 more!!! That's £20 more than what I was paying before. I refuse to pay the cancellation fees and I will just change providers and take this to court if you don't drop my unnecessary charges. Just to get a clear onse again I haven't cancelled anything and I have explained this multiple times over the phone. Due to them not speaking full English neither one of us was understood which is why this hasn't been resolved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
