      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've tried everything to get the my sky app to accept my post code no matter what I do it just won't accept it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's worked perfectly till about a month ago, I've tried everything I can spent hours on the phone still not working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't manage my account can't access the rewards&amp;nbsp; can't move mobile data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's very frustrating.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
