I was supposed to of recieved £84 from yourselves. Which was apparently sent 24th of April but I still haven't received it.

If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

What was this amount for?

Have you checked future bills to see if the amount is showing as a credit?
