There is an annual price increase in April, or you may have some discounts that have finished, would have got an email about the increases, but you can check by looking at your bills on the my sky app

@Hillybilly it may help to post an image of your bill which shows the two different payments. Be sure to obscure any personal details, such as your Sky account number.

Posting an image of your Sky bill will help but if you are not going to do this then can you let us know what services you have from Sky ?
