      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help with getting a refund for my cancelled tv, broadband and mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have credits showing on my account stating to be offset against next bill which there will not be one because the cancellation has already happened. My payment method is still open but no refund has been issued.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance for your help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
