I have Credit in my account but cancelled my broadband at the end of April, will this be getting refunded or do I have to wait until the hub has been posted back?

A refund should be paid to you around 6 weeks after your contract ends

@Sunny-17 Do keep all of the Return posting back to Sky, receipt for Royal Mail, track it yourself, sky are good at informing you as and when they get it, but do your part just incase.
