    <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid money by debit card on the 28th of april and then again today, £28 on the 28th and £3 today, when i go to my recent bills it shows that i have only paid £3 and the £28 has disappeared from my bank but no sign of the payment, now sky is trying to take a further £31 from my account which i cannot afford to pay, any help would be much appreciated&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Why are you making manual payments because there should be no need to as Sky will take the payment from your payment method automatically each month which is what they appear to be trying to do.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You say the payment has disappeared so does it not show as a credit ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
