&lt;P&gt;When signing up again to Sky make sure you are logged out of the account and also provide a different email address during the order process.. if you want to use the same email addesss then you will need to login to the old account and remove it from it first.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it brings up your old address when doing this then you will have to call Sky to get the address updated and the order placed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i used to have a Sky account but I removed myself from it last year, as I had previously separated from my wife and did not live at the address.. I am now trying to subscribe to a new Sky package, as I have now moved to a new address..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried unlinking my old iD but it is saying all additional users cannot be unlinked. Please help..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
