Emails being sent to my late husband's email address

All correspondence should be getting sent to my email, but for some reason some emails are still going to my late husband's email account. I cannot find his email anywhere on my account to change this, so am after some help, please.

Yes and only shows my email address

I think you may have to give Sky a call @MargaretR. It's possible that the correct email address hasn't yet filtered across all Sky's various systems, but only Sky would be able to see what's happening and whether any additional changes are needed.
