      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you received confirmation that the services have been cancelled?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Did you have TV &amp;amp;?or mobile with Sky or just Broadband? If you had TV then this couldn't be cancelled by the new provider so you'd need to call to do that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
