&lt;P&gt;Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation?!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Ending my contract with sky</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My contract with sky ended 13/3/25 after going with a new provider. I have sent back there equipment and have had an e-mail acknowledging receiving it I paid what I thought was the final bill now they are saying I owe them for this month. I've tried phoning them but cannot get any answer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Hubs don't have remotes!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;@Anonymous&amp;nbsp; As advised in previous posts you can't switch a TV service from Sky to another provider using OTS, you must give Sky 31 days notice to cancel and as you haven't they are still billing you.&amp;nbsp; Returning their equipment does not cancel your TV service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You cannot cancel TV services via U switch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I said, if you had TV services and didn't actually cancel then you still have TV services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best to call tomorrow and give 31 days notice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
