      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi i was leaving sky and was given an offer for cheaper broadband and couple of hours ago, when emails came through they wanted £43 a month.i called and cancelled as obviously in cooling off period and just received email saying I'm owe £515 for contract&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help appreciated tia&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

With sky there is NO rolling 14 day cool off period when you are already a sky customer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1631095"&gt;@madge4470&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;With all ISP's at the end off the 24 month period then automatically move to full price, rolling monthly with all discount's removed it is just the Industry standard that they apply, if/when trying to get a better deal that is all fine with them and it is instant accept and go with it, no cool off period as already a customer. Not happy and pull out they will cancel for you no problem but down side is the full termination is applied for the full 24 months.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
