It's a sad day, been with Sky for 33 years but this month's price increases (out of contract) are the straw that broke the camels back. Bill is now £201 per month, called and was offered reduction to £173, so I'm going to be leaving Sky which I'd never considered doing before. I bet a new customer with the same package as me wouldn't be paying that, clearly they're not fussed about keeping long standing customers. I just wanted to vent a bit, have found same bundle for so much less per month so adios Sky, I won't let you rob me any longer.

I know I'm not speaking to Sky, already done that so I'm not looking for help. Just wanted to share exasperation with other customers. Maybe I'll rejoin Sky in a couple of years to get the 'new' customer pricing as being an 'old' one is daylight robbery now and I've always been happy with and a fan of Sky - hey ho, such is life.
