I have received a text telling me I will be charged for my old equipment as it hasn't been returned.
I have created a return label for Tuesday 29th April 2025, am I still going to be charged?

I initially thought it was some sort of scam as I tried to give the old aquipment to the attending engineer but he stated he is from BT and has nothing to do with old equipment.

I tried to contact SKY several times but their phones aren't working.

Probably as it's taking 2-3 weeks to process returns.
