    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have not received&amp;nbsp; a confirmation email&amp;nbsp; giving&amp;nbsp; you&amp;nbsp; a date of termination&amp;nbsp; for your&amp;nbsp; contract&amp;nbsp; and you have&amp;nbsp; cancelled&amp;nbsp; your&amp;nbsp; payments&amp;nbsp; then you possibly&amp;nbsp; did not comfirm the cancellation with sky, tv is 31 days&amp;nbsp; notice and&amp;nbsp; broadband&amp;nbsp; is 14 days notice&amp;nbsp; and you would have&amp;nbsp; received&amp;nbsp; an email&amp;nbsp; from&amp;nbsp; sky confirming&amp;nbsp; the date that your&amp;nbsp; services would end&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cancelled sky last November.. went away end of November and got back in end of feb.. &amp;nbsp;I keep getting bills saying I owe money .. not sure what for. Telling me to pay to keep it going or they threatened me with legal action..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone help as I seem to be getting no where with sky. I keep telling them I cancelled. . Phoned/ emailed the numerous time. &amp;nbsp;asked them to send me a box so I can send thre rest of the stuff back ..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sent the hub &amp;nbsp;etc back but need to send the sky box back..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;phoned/ emailed etc &amp;nbsp;no luck&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I know&amp;nbsp; this because&amp;nbsp; i cancelled&amp;nbsp; my t n t sports&amp;nbsp; package over the phone, confirmed&amp;nbsp; the date with the agent, and with in 5 minutes&amp;nbsp; i had a confirmation&amp;nbsp; email&amp;nbsp; with&amp;nbsp; the same information&amp;nbsp; as we discuss on the phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do have proof&amp;nbsp; of&amp;nbsp; postage&amp;nbsp; for the hub going&amp;nbsp; back aswell, so you can give these details&amp;nbsp; to sky and they can track it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
