We switched to youfibre a few weeks ago, they have told us that they've sent everything through to sky to take over the broadband contract. Sky are saying this isn't the case and are still charging us so we're now paying two contracts. How can I fix this?

As above, normally with the new one switch process ( introduced a good six months or so back), your new broadband supplier, in your case Youfibre, should deal with Sky and sort out any end of contract billing and end of service on your behalf.

You will need to contact Youfibre to ask them if the one switch was actioned and how to progress with them dealing with Sky or if you have to formally end with Sky by calling them, if One switch was not used for you.
