    <description>&lt;P&gt;They can only do that for broadband and not TV services...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's broadband you'll have to call Sky to see why it hasn't been done.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;sky have not informed my current provider Virgin Media of the switchover. Virgin Media have informed that sky must contact them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4378772"&gt;@Ranj10&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Sky can only switch your broadband using the One Touch Switch, when you ordered with Sky did you tell them who you were transferring from?&amp;nbsp; If so it's unlikely they would not have used OTS.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However it should be noted any TV service you have with VM isn't part of that and you woukld need to cancel that part yourself with them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
