&lt;P&gt;When you cancelled did you get email confirmation of your cancellation request, if not you will need to call Sky to speak to them about this and when you do stay on the line and remain silent when asked anything by the bot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Would take a bit longer, if not refunds back by way of your&amp;nbsp; bank&amp;nbsp; by the way you paid your&amp;nbsp; account&amp;nbsp; take about six weeks&amp;nbsp; so it would have been paid by now&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also have you returned&amp;nbsp; any sky equipment, to do with&amp;nbsp; the subscription&amp;nbsp; that you say that you have cancelled eg sky q box, sky mini hub, sky router as you would have been asked&amp;nbsp; to return your sky equipment, and they&amp;nbsp; would have sent you return package&amp;nbsp; and a returns&amp;nbsp; label or two&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the info.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in response rarely check bank statements so only checked 6 months to find that there was several months of sky direct debits going out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spoke with Sky yesterday, (who are blaming Virgin (the new supplier) saying they didn't inform them I left. (When signed up with Virgin they confirmed they would do all the transferring over and just needed to sign up) - in hindsight should have checked!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They are saying Virgin only informed them of the internet and not the TV package deals.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i posted the router and sky box back in the pre paid package box last October. Sky are now asking me for evidence that the router and &amp;nbsp;tv box were both in there and to provide photo evidence. They clearly were as moved house but wouldn't have throught to take pictures of inside of boxes prior to sending but supoose it's a life lesson now!.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
