    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had a problem with my sky q box which was subsequently replaced with a new box. &amp;nbsp;However the new box was faulty and I have rang sky 3 times to see what is happening, each time I have been told a new box would be sent out. It still hasn't been.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I also cannot get into my MySky account as it says invalid postcode (this has always worked before).&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I would like someone to rectify this as we have now been without tv for a fortnight and we are not pleased.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
