Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what is owed &lt;STRONG&gt;and&lt;/STRONG&gt; set up a new continuous payment method.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. If you’re in arrears for 56 days or more Sky can fully terminate your subscription. Any calls to Sky will only prompt you to make a payment.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. &lt;P&gt;Were you late in paying a bill as a restricted message shouldn't usually appear if a bill was paid in time. If the bill was paid late then how late did you pay it, so did you pay it over the Easter holidays and if this was the case did you also setup your monthly payment method again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm confused because in your opening post you said "&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I've just been on chat as my tv restricted&lt;/STRONG&gt;" now you are saying "i&lt;STRONG&gt;ts now been nearly weeks because my box broken and haven't been able to watch&lt;/STRONG&gt;" so if you can't use your Sky box then how are you seeing a restricted message on your TV ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
