To date no refund been received my direct debit for sky is still open.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cancelled sky a couple of months ago and my final bill said I was in £33 credit, how do I get this back? Does it come back automatically on what would have been my next bill payment date?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3469010"&gt;@Howeynufc&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Refunds should take about 6 weeks from your last day of connection (but do appear to be taking longer in some cases), however if your payment method has been cancelled Sky will have to manually raise a cheque via a back office team and post it to you so it’ll take even longer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If the payment method is still active &lt;/STRONG&gt;we can try to help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here if you wish. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you’ve cancelled the payment method &lt;/STRONG&gt;you have two options… &lt;BR /&gt;1) you can call Sky to get a cheque raised or &lt;BR /&gt;2) we can escalate to the Messaging Team who can re-set your payment method. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let us know on this thread what you want to do but &lt;STRONG&gt;before we can escalate it to Sky please confirm in your reply it’s currently showing as a credit on your Sky account and whether the payment method is still active.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I don't have an active balance, all it says was my last bill was -33.29... however I never received that and it says it will go off my next bill. You’ll have just&lt;STRONG&gt; 48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within &lt;STRONG&gt;48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. My Sky contract was cancelled in June (internet ended 16th June &amp;amp; Sky TV ended 3rd July) yet I've had a credit sitting on my Sky Account ever since with the note "Credit goes towards paying your next bill(s)" but obviously that won't happen as will no longer get Sky bills as have no further services with them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Frustrating that they're quick to take money but slow when it comes to paying back credit! My payment method is still active so there should be no problem refunding my credit which would help with paying other biils. Therefore, if this could be escalated to Sky please it would be much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
