    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4376409"&gt;@Zuzanna2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;It does take time, and you may find out that it is all done, SKY do have the bad habit of leaving it as a credit towards the future, now if you have any other sky products that will not be an issue, if you do not then it's a call to sky customer service, find out if it is all done and dusted, then you have to insist that they return the refund to your payment method that you have hoping that you did not close it yet, takes 5 days or so, advisor will tell you when on the call to them. If you do not wish to do this then all you can do is wait and see.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
