    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cancelled my Sky TV and broadband earlier this year and returned the equipment. There is an overpayment on my account which states will go towards my next bill but I won't have another bill. I'm going round in circles looking for an answer or trying to speak to a human. How do I get my money back?
