&lt;P&gt;Return the equipment (you can use your own packaging as explained here) and obtain proof of postage. We'll then be able to put you in touch with Sky's messaging team who will be able to refund the payment.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A bill that long after you closed your account could be in relation to Sky equipment you haven't returned.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Not sure why you can't see your bill online - it should still be accessible - but as you can't you may need to call to establish what it's about.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
