      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please cancel my sub to Sky Stream for the following two reasons:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. The puck continually disconnects from the wifi and it makes watcing live tv impossible. Upon checking the connection speed via Netflix, the puck is only receiving less that 1mb speed. My fire tv stick connected into the same tv is getting 160mb+ over wifi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. The recent announced price rises.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
