Why am I paying £50 a month when you are advertising monthly payments of just £15 I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years

Better discounts are offered to new customers as an incentive for them to join. You probably benefited from one back in the day.

If you choose to jump ship and go with another provider then in 18/24 months you'll be in the same position and be able to return to Sky as a new customer.

By the way if you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

That £15 deal is a cut-down package for new streaming customers only.

Hi @Rm25 Why, because Sky are a private company that can charge anything they want. It is a matter of economics, your choice is to leave but all companies apply the loyalty tax.
