&lt;P&gt;I doubt they're chasing you for a mains lead.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unipart deal with returns and they are taking a number of weeks to process equipment at their warehouse.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We can perhaps get you some help from the Messaging Team. If you have the proof it should be fairly straightforward however if you haven’t retained it, any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t like them on the forum.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I returned my Sky equipment at the end of February. I can't find my proof of return but Sky are saying they haven't received it. I have found a plug with Sky name on it, which I am happy to return. Do you think this is what they are after? Am happy to send this back, no problem, but really don't want to incur charges. Trying to speak with anyone about this problem is the devils own job. Anyone out there able to help please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
