Sky will have told you the date any discount was ending when you took it out so if it has ended you’ll be paying the full undiscounted price. Perhaps compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/bill" target="_blank"&gt;www.sky.com/bill&lt;/A&gt;. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you’re no longer in a discounted minimum term, or its ending soon the best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a &lt;STRONG&gt;24 month &lt;/STRONG&gt;minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is what i did back February&amp;nbsp; this year, firstly&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;just to let you&amp;nbsp; know&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;i have a sky glass&amp;nbsp; tv&amp;nbsp; and a puck everything&amp;nbsp; bit tnt sports,&amp;nbsp; so i&amp;nbsp; had discounts&amp;nbsp; coming&amp;nbsp; to an end. I looked at what offers&amp;nbsp; new customers&amp;nbsp; could get&amp;nbsp; and with this information i phoned sky and asked to speak to the retention team, i have been a sky customer&amp;nbsp; for over 17 years, any&amp;nbsp; way including&amp;nbsp; that&amp;nbsp; i have brought&amp;nbsp; a sky glass gen 2 tv at £19 a month&amp;nbsp; my bill including&amp;nbsp; that and still with the same package&amp;nbsp; is under&amp;nbsp; £90 for two years&amp;nbsp; including&amp;nbsp; this year's price&amp;nbsp; increase and i got a discount&amp;nbsp; on my gigafast download&amp;nbsp; to for 2 years aswell hope this helps&amp;nbsp; in sum way for you good luck&lt;/P&gt;</description>
