    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had my account cancelled for 3 months but I am still being charged. I have also tried calling every sky helpline but they do not work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know anyway to actually get in touch with sky as their contact numbers are not working and they have no email. &lt;P&gt;Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Bills are generated 14 days before the payment date so being charged shortly after your end of service is quite normal. Any overpayment will be reimbursed (but will take about 6 weeks).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
