The included tier of Netflix is "standard with ads" so it looks like you have upgrade from standard with ads to standard which would explain the additional monthly charge.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are happy to be on the "standard with ads" tier you should be able to switch back down to that tier from your My Sky account&lt;/P&gt;</description>
