Sky stream subscription cancelled by Sky

I ordered sky stream last week and called next day as had not received a dispatch email. The advisor said it didn't look like delivery had been triggered and recommended cancelling and re-ordering which is what I did. The puck was later delivered but when I went to activate I saw no trace of the subscription on my account. Both orders seem to have been cancelled even though I only requested cancellation of the original order due to the glitch.

Hello I'm out of the country currently so I am unable to call them. Posting here appears to be the only way to get in touch with them electronically.

This is a customer helps customer forum so you could try contacting them via social media or you will have to call tjrm

when you are back in the UK.
