      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered sky stream last week and called next day as had not received a dispatch email. The advisor said it didn't look like delivery had been triggered and recommended cancelling and re-ordering which is what I did. The puck was later delivered but when I went to activate I saw no trace of the subscription on my account. Both orders seem to have been cancelled even though I only requested cancellation of the original order due to the glitch.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
