    <description>&lt;P&gt;Spent 1 hour and 40 minutes yesterday morning, transferred 5 different department, my sky dish was down for 1 full month due to high winds, engineeer fitted new dish and I was promised not to pay that month ,ended speaking to a guy called Shaun yesterday who promised he would organise the refund and text me afterwards still waiting, very disappointed with the service I received &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":expressionless_face:"&gt;😑&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As it was only yesterday the service credit may not have been processed yet. When it has, it will.appear as a credit on your Sky account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;...and in the unlikely event they do actually refund then the banking process takes 3-5 working days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
