      <title>Unable to track order - How to link account?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed up for a Sky Broadband Full Fibre package yesterday, and the confirmation email stated I can track the order via the Sky App, or on the web site.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I created a new account with the same email address as I used to sign up, but I can't find a way of associating the account with my order.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm aware it has only been one day, so am I supposed to wait longer? Should I have received some kind of order ID? Do I need to wait until the OpenReach part of the installation is complete?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue. I received a text saying to click on the link to track my order as engineer is coming today however the link doesn't let me do so.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
