Direct debit payment

Hi I was meant to have a direct debit come out on the 5th of April and I've recently changed bank accounts. I've given sky my new bank details so I'm thinking it should come out of there. Nothings happened and it's now the 7th. What's going on?

Payments aren't processed on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays as the banks are shut. Any payment due on Saturday 5 April will be processed today (Monday 7 April) at the earliest,
