&lt;P&gt;In my opinion, no. You missed the payment on the day it was due. The fact that the payment was later made isn't relevant. You might end up with a late payment charge too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Missed Payment Question</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a Sky Mobile payment due last week, however I forgot to transfer the money to the account I use to pay for it so the Direct Debit was reversed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Sky send me the email about attempting to take the payment 10 days later, which they end up doing 12 days later but is then successful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For some reason though, this was marked as a missed payment to the CRA's.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm confused here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. This has never happened before? Usually when they take the money within the 10 day period, the payment isn't even reported as "late". It shows up on credit reports as Normal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. They took the money on Tuesday, 1st April instead of the 10 days which would've been the 30th March.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. I would've just paid the balance literally the same day the email showed itself but the option does not present itself as sky say they will still attempt to take said payment anyway so nothing can be done.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;4. The payment was successful and I was not charged any sort of late fee.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had no missed payments on anything and no missed payments with sky at all, so this has just nuked my credit score. Not fun.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I have a complaint recourse here or do I just suck it up and move on?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks guys and sorry for the long post.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As far as I understand it a missed payment is just that so can appear as so on your credit file as the fact they took at it the second attempt doesn't mean that it will not be marked as a missed payment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
