Hey there i have received a text message and email from pastdue credit solutions on behalf of sky even though i dont have any mobile phone from sky or any subscription

yes i used to be with sky recently but i have cleared my bills and pay outstanding amount to cncel my subscription and it also mentioned on my account that i have inactive account

what should i do now?

i don't remember it now its been a while any guess why i git email or txt message as much as i remember i used to pay 15 pounds monthly

Well you're only contacted by a debt recovery agency if Sky believe you owe them money.

That might be an unpaid bil, or equipment that you should have returned to them, but as you can't remember what you subscribed to, it's probably best that you contact Sky.
