      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4364145"&gt;@RobB111&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;typically this would be a credit rather than a refund. When was this agreed? It might take a few weeks, I've read up to 5 or 6 on related threads in the past for the credit to be applied. If it's longer than that, it's worth contacting Sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
