A friend signed up to Sky and put my name as the referrer. I received an email from Edenred saying they would send a £75 voucher but it hasn't yet arrived. They have told me to contact Sky but that's nigh on impossible.

Edenred are responsible for sending you the voucher so when did you friend sign up to Sky as these can take ip to 45 days from when your friends services were activated to be sent.

I received an email on the 13th November 2024 saying a gift card would be posted within 3-4 days. I still haven't received it.
