Sky no longer sells Sky+ boxes so if you want a new one you would have to upgrade to Sky Q so give them a call about this.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Sky don't manufacture white TV set top boxes, I'm afraid, for any of their TV services. They're all dark grey.
