Someone is using my email for netflix with sky

Good afternoon,

it has been brought to my attention that my old netflix account is being using by someone that is me through sky, how do i stop this as its not my account.,

Someone has managed to link my netflix account with their sky account without my permisson.

i have no idea who this is! but its not right

On a Sky device, the first Netflix account that logged into will cause the Sky and Netflix account to link ( so that is how it has happened). Have you shared your netflix credentials with any friends/family or logged into your account on their Sky box?

To fix this, you would need to reset your Netflix password so that they can't login to Netflix and then contact Netflix support and ask them to unlink your Netflix account from Sky. This has to be done on the Netflix end as its the Netflix billing status which defines if you account is linked to Sky or not.

@Leah941 You would have to speak to Netflix about this and explain the situation as only they can unlink email addresses from accounts
