&lt;P&gt;As stated, you can't cancel whilst services are restricted&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once your services are reinstated (ie; you've paid and reset your payment method)…&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To cancel all your TV subscription, if you’re out of contract you’ll need to give Sky the required 31 days notice. The latest T’s and C’s explicitly state you can’t cancel when still in a minimum term deal unless Sky agree. If they agree you’ll have to pay the remainder of your discounted term.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you successfully cancel you should receive an acknowledgment email from Sky. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are cancelling Sky Q, return packaging will be sent out near the end of your notice period. &lt;STRONG&gt;It’s important that you obtain proof of posting and keep it safe and indefinitely.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Restrictions are applied automatically and agents can’t override this process. Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what is owed &lt;STRONG&gt;and&lt;/STRONG&gt; set up a new continuous payment method.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. If you’re in arrears for 56 days or more Sky can fully terminate your subscription. Any calls to Sky will only prompt you to make a payment.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It’s worth adding that on rare occasions they will allow you to carry over up to £25 to the next month but that will be based on your previous payment history. Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. &lt;P&gt;The only way to restore your services is to pay what you owe in full when you can because&amp;nbsp;until that happens they will&amp;nbsp;remain suspended. Even if you got through to Sky they would not be able to do anything for you as the restrictions are automated and can not be overridden.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for reply. I want to cancel my subscription. Sky has its customers in a chokehold with this process.
