Sky vip accidentally deleted e mail

Hi. I accidentally deleted an e mail from sky vip to say I had some legoland tickets. I want to contact sky vip for them to resend the e mail. I have sky talk on my home phone but the telephone number given on the mobile app for sky vip help is incorrect when I try to dial. My mobile is not with sky so I expect if I ring on that it will be very expensive.

If you can't retrieve the email from your deleted folder then you can contact Sky's ticketing team vai this email address about this - support @ skyticketit.com (no spaces)

There is also this that might help you find your tickets:

If you successfully booked tickets, you’ll find them saved in your My Sky app. On the home page, click the Sky VIP logo, then swipe through the categories and select the correct tickets section (eg Tickets to Cinema Screenings). Finally, select the My Bookings tab at the top and follow the instructions to view your tickets.

Sky's number (03) should be included in to inclusive minutes for all mobile contracts so wouldn't cost anything on top of the monthly cost. Or are you using pay as you go?
